What you share here is yours. This page explains, plainly, how it is handled.
This notice covers https://monikamartisova.com, the website of Monika Martisova, cellular detoxification therapist and holistic health practitioner, Romford, Essex. It applies to two things: the message you send through the contact form, and, if you become a client, the private page you are given for your six weeks.
From the contact form: your name, your email address, your mobile number if you give one, how you found Monika, whether you have worked with a holistic practitioner before, and whatever you choose to write. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing at all is gathered quietly in the background.
The form invites you to say what you have been experiencing, so what you write may be about your health. Data protection law treats health information as a special category and holds it to a higher standard than an ordinary enquiry. Monika asks for it because she cannot help without it, she relies on your consent in giving it, and she keeps it as described below.
You are free to write as little as you like. A sentence is enough to begin a conversation, and the rest can wait until you are in the room.
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, nothing that follows you from one site to another, and no advertising. That is why nothing has popped up asking you to agree to anything.
Clients are given a private page, reached by a long web address that is published nowhere and opened with a word Monika gives you in person. On it are your dates, your sprays, and any notes you choose to write about how your body has been that week. Only you and Monika can read them.
Those notes are deleted six months after your programme closes, unless you ask her to keep them. You can ask her to delete them sooner, at any time, and she will.
Your message goes to Monika so that she can reply and arrange your session. If you become a client, what you tell her becomes the notes she keeps in order to look after you properly. Nothing is ever sold, and nothing is passed to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Two services carry it on its way: the website is hosted by Vercel, and email is handled by Resend. Each of them handles your details only in order to do that.
Your enquiry stays in Monika's email for as long as the conversation needs it. As a practitioner she is required to keep client records for a set period after your last session, and she keeps them for that period and no longer.
Monika works with children as well as adults. Where a child is involved, a parent or guardian gives consent and is present, and the child's information is handled exactly as described here.
Under UK data protection law you can ask at any time to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. One message to monika@martisova.com is enough.
If you are ever unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
